About the principal:
Holly was raised and educated in Ann Arbor, and has been a tax practitioner in the Ann Arbor area since 1982. She has the distinction of passing both the IRS Treasury card exam and the CPA exam in one sitting, joining a minority of only 3% of candidates who pass on the first attempt. Holly earned her CPA license while on staff at Curtis Bailey Exelby & Sposito PC in Ann Arbor.
Holly is widowed and has one daughter who is a student at Washtenaw Community College. They enjoy family activities together such as downhill skiing, hiking, and backpacking.
Holly is the current finance chairperson for the Ann Arbor Ya'ssoo Festival, which runs annually during the first weekend in June. Holly is also team race representative and past-president of the Ann Arbor Ski Club, which promotes skiing and related year-round sport activities. Additionally, Holly is past-treasurer of the Martha Cook Alumnae Association, which is currently working for historic preservation of the Martha Cook Dormitory at the University of Michigan.
Holly has her church membership at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church of Ann Arbor. Holly is also a Compassion International Sponsor, currently sponsoring mothers and children in Port-Margot, Haiti to attend school, obtain medical and dental care, and receive spiritual encouragement.

Anita Paull has over 35 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper. Her experience was earned while on staff at Curtis Bailey Exelby & Sposito PC in Ann Arbor. Anita also has experience as an office manager and as a tax practitioner. She definitely has the skills needed to provide valuable support in the accounting office. In her spare time, Anita raises and trains Shetland sheepdogs for both show and agility competitions. Anita brings with her a friendly and efficient manner of providing services and is a welcome addition to our staff.
